    Terms And Conditions

    Bookings

    All Bookings made over the phone, or at Reception must be secured by the provision of a valid credit card number. No funds will be charged at the time of your booking. Payment will be collected when you check-in.

    Security Bond

    A valid credit card will be required at check-in, the details of which will be held as a security bond for the duration of your stay. No funds will be put to the card if the Terms and Conditions of the Motel are complied with.

    Cancellations - No Shows

    No penalties apply for changes or cancellations made outside of 24 hours.
    Should you cancel within 24 hours of check-in date, or not arrive on your check-in date, a charge equal to one night's tariff will be put to the credit card you supplied at the time of booking.

    Certain Areas Within The Motel Grounds Are No Smoking Zones

    • In your room
    • Within 4m of any room entrance
    • Within 10m of your swimming pool

    There are two designated smoking areas - one in the north car park and one in the south car park.

    Why Do We Ask For Your Personal Information And Credit Card Details?

    It is a workplace health and safety requirement that when you check-in you provide the following:

    • First Name
    • Last Name Contact
    • Telephone Number
    • Home Address
    (We need to be able to locate and identify our guests should there be an Evacuation, emergency or at the request of the police or fire service) By Law there is a maximum occupancy per room
    Charges apply for any extra persons staying overnight
    We also request Personal Credit Card details or a refundable cash bond of $100 per personal
    Which will be held for the duration of your stay as a form of Security bond to cover any of the following:
    • Theft
    • Breakages
    • Lost Keys
    • Excessive Cleaning
    • Extra People.
